ELYISIUS builds and runs business systems for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not decoded.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you give them to us through a form, a phone call, a text message or an email.
- What you tell us about your business while we work out whether we can help.
- Basic information about how people use elyisius.com, such as which pages were visited. That is counted in aggregate and is not tied back to you.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not gather information about you from data brokers.
Why we collect it
- To answer you when you get in touch.
- To send the appointment reminders, updates and follow-ups you asked for.
- To deliver and support the services you hired us for.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, we may send you messages about your enquiry, your appointments or your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your information, and we never will. No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
Who else sees your information
Only the companies that help us run the service, and only the part of it they need to do their job. That means our messaging provider, our email provider, our payment processor and our hosting provider. Each is bound to use your information only on our instructions. We will also hand information over if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working together, and after that only as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to hold on to it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
